Every member is a part of a subcommittee, each with a different area of focus that maps back to our larger mission. These committees welcome participation from employees from outside of the core council. If you’d like to be part of one, please reach out to its dedicated point of contact.
Belonging
This committee ensures that every member of CIVIC can bring their whole selves to work. Initiatives include mental health resources and policies, ERGS, and establishing channels to report negative incidents and experiences.

This committee aims to examine CIVIC processes, systems and channels, ensuring that they support our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Initiatives include: Vendor Pipeline, hiring & retention.

Education & Awareness
This committee serves to share DEI information and resources within CIVIC and beyond. Initiatives include: Training, company-wide comms tied to key DEI moments (ex: voting, Black History Month, etc.), creating this website!
